針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的化學(xué)殺蟲(chóng)劑殺菌劑和抗生素過(guò)度使用使病蟲(chóng)害抗藥性增強(qiáng)、生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞,采用基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組、代謝組和表型組多組學(xué)連用技術(shù)系統(tǒng)性研究作物抗病機(jī)理、篩選作物免疫基因,通過(guò)基因編輯育種技術(shù)顛覆傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)作物育種模式,在作物自身基因組基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)特定免疫基因的改變,實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)化品種改良,有效保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給和國(guó)家食品安全。
Research philosophy:
